these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. These terms constitute
a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Weblinerz (the provider).

2. Services Provided
Weblinerz offers website design, development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, and
ongoing maintenance services. Specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate
contract or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities
● Content & Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate and
complete information, including any content, logos, images, and other materials
required for the project.
● Approval: The client is required to review and approve designs, content, and other
deliverables promptly. Any delay in approval may result in project delays.

4. Project Timeline
● Deadlines: Weblinerz will provide a timeline for project completion. However, this
timeline is dependent on the timely receipt of materials and feedback from the client.
● Changes & Revisions: Requests for changes or revisions must be made in writing.
Significant changes may incur additional costs and extend the project timeline.
Weblinerz reserves the right to charge for any additional work outside the original
scope.

5. Payment Terms
● Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or
contract. Generally, Weblinerz requires a deposit upfront, with the balance due upon
project completion.
● Late Payments: Late payments may result in delayed project delivery. Weblinerz
reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

6. Intellectual Property
● Ownership: The client will retain ownership of all content and materials provided to
Weblinerz. Upon full payment, the client will also own the final website and

associated materials. Weblinerz retains the right to showcase the completed project
in its portfolio.
● Third-Party Materials: Weblinerz will ensure that any third-party materials used in
the project are properly licensed. The client will be responsible for the cost of any
third-party licences or materials.

7. Refund Policy
● Initial Refunds: If the client is not satisfied with the initial design, a refund may be
requested within 14 days of the initial design presentation. Refunds will be issued
based on the work completed, and a full refund may not be available.
● No Refunds After Approval: Once the client has approved the design or any stage
of the project, no refunds will be provided. The client is encouraged to provide clear
feedback and request revisions before approval.
● Refund Process: To request a refund, the client must contact Weblinerz in writing.
Weblinerz will review the request and respond within 10 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability
Weblinerz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use of its services. The total liability of Weblinerz, whether in contract or tort, will not
exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Weblinerz reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any
changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website. Continued use
of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes
will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
